Returns & Exchanges

At Games and Stuff, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
